The final installment for the first part of my epic story has come to an end! Many new characters will appear as the story progresses... Thank you all for your support and love for this invaluable piece...!
Shawn Ye collapsed to the ground, his hair flowing in the winds. On his knees, he laughed insanely. The moon shone like a silver dish in the sky, very much a great contrast with the dark sky. The crowd watched and muttered about the scene before them.
Blood was on the floor and Bhakta had fallen unconscious in human form. Xavier opened a box, and a green glowing bug flew out and climbed onto Shawn Ye, and dug it's way into his neck.
"Miss Gail asked me to put it in the mastermind," Xavier said. "It will finish him off..."
Shawn Ye suddenly choked, and black particles started flying out of his mouth. Hua Feng also felt the pain in his neck fade away, and black particles started flowing out from his mouth.
"Nanobots?!" David exclaimed, noticing the black smoke fall to the ground, then melted into the brick.
The green glowing bug flew out with the black smoke out of Shawn Ye, and then into the box Xavier was holding. The bug released a greenish liquid on a piece of paper inside of the box, creating glowing words in an ancient language.
"eht rotiart si ton laer...eht rotiart si enoemos esle..."
Xavier didn't understand what it meant, so he simple kept it and put it away. Then he noticed... Shawn Ye was dead, but the blood that came out from where the green bug had dug it's way in... was black.
"This isn't the real Shawn Ye!" Xavier exclaimed.
Suddenly a hooded guy riding a huge wolf appeared from the bushes, and charged at the trio. They dodged, and the guy quickly grabbed the manuscript from the fake Shawn Ye's hand.
"Haha... Noobs!" he jeered, and fled away into the bushes.
But Xavier smiled. Then he picked out a tiny piece of the manuscript from his pocket and put it in a small plastic pouch.
"I am too smart..." Xavier laughed.
"No you're not," replied a sharp voice from behind.
It was Holly and Matilda, pushing a girl in a wheelchair, Rui Yi.
"Holly! Why did you attack me? And you killed Miss Grace!" Xavier roared.
"It's not me la! You so stupid la Xavier, it's the fake Holly!" Holly exclaimed. "I am one of the good guys okay!"
"We believe the bigger mastermind is someone else," Rui Yi replied calmly. "That piece of the manuscript, I shall keep it ok? No one will suspect me keeping it."
"Ok! Here you go."
Xavier handed the plastic pouch to Rui Yi, and she hastily kept it in her bag.
"Sorry I maligned you, Holly..."
"So dumb la you! Only know how to say bad word!"
The night fell steady, and all the trouble seemed to melt away with the thought that the Shawn Ye saga was over. But with Shawn Ye's flightful departure, they knew the end was not over yet.
